The Aurora Borealis (AB) rhinestones are our premium diamonds. We use them as accents to create a glowing effect across your finished canvas. These iridescent diamonds have a special coating that simulates the colors of the Northern Lights. They’re shimmering, ethereal and completely beautiful!

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

All U.S. deliveries (including to Hawaii and Alaska) should arrive in 3-10 business days. International orders that are shipped via DHL are typically delivered in 7-21 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I haven’t received my item(s) even though my package has been marked as delivered. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement of your item(s) if your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, as we are not liable for theft at your residence. However, we will do whatever we can to help you file a claim with your postal carrier.

We know how thrilling diamond painting can be! In your excitement, accidents can happen. You might even spill your entire box of colorful diamonds, turning your workspace into a confetti-covered chaos.

But Don’t Worry!

As you survey the scattered diamonds in every corner of the room and watch your pets and kids spread them even further, you might feel like giving up. But don’t!

If the unexpected happens, we're here to replace the diamonds- at NO COST to you!

How to File an Oops Insurance Claim

First, gather up those scattered diamonds and take a picture! It might look like a mini-disaster, but it helps us understand what happened. 

Simply send us an email HERE with the following details:

• Your name and order number
• A brief description of the issue, along with the photo of the mess, inventory sheet and the canvas itself
• How we can make sure you’re a happy, satisfied customer

We will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Once you have personalized your order and proceed to check out, you will reach the "Payment Information" page. On the right hand side you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box. In the space provided, enter in your coupon code. Next, click "Apply". For any remaining balance, your credit card will NOT be charged until you “Confirm Order” on the next screen

Of course! Simply click on the button that says Notify me when back in stock. Once the item is restocked we will send you an email.
