We currently ship to the US, Canada and Mexico

Shipping is sent via USPS,UPS, or DHL with tracking

Orders that include Custom or Pre-order items will be shipped in full.  We typically do not ship Partial orders, so please keep that in mind when you place your order.  If you need a part of your order shipped sooner, please contact us via email or Facebook Messenger.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 business hours

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

All U.S. deliveries (including to Hawaii and Alaska) should arrive in 3-10 business days. International orders that are shipped via DHL are typically delivered in 7-21 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I haven’t received my item(s) even though my package has been marked as delivered. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement of your item(s) if your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, as we are not liable for theft at your residence. However, we will do whatever we can to help you file a claim with your postal carrier.
