Can you explain your policy for returning items?

Our approach to handling return requests is personalized for each customer. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand firmly behind every product we sell. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations. Refunds for returned items will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for Custom kits, Pre-order kits, free trial kit offers, or clearance items.

What if the item has been used?

All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition, as we don't resell opened products. If the returned item is deemed not to be in resalable condition (e.g., opened box, writing on packaging, opened diamond bags, pasted diamonds, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse a refund

Can I cancel my order??

To cancel an order, please submit your request before our staff begins picking, packing, or shipping your items. We typically start processing orders 1 hour after they are placed to ensure prompt fulfillment. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the order and request a refund. For Custom kits and Pre-order kits,  no cancellations are allowed.  

Who covers the cost for shipping a returned order?

The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning unwanted products. We recommend using the same shipping method that was used to deliver the item when sending it back to our distribution center. In certain cases, such as if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the shipping fees

What steps do I take to start a return?

Returning an item is simple. Just click HERE to send us a message, and we'll take care of the rest. Let us know to be on the lookout for your return, and we'll handle the details for you. 

How long will it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us

How long do I have to request a return?

All returns must be started within 30 days of the date you received your order. Please note some items are non-returnable such as mystery boxes, clearance items, items that have been opened partially pasted diamonds, etc.

Will I incur any fees for restocking?

No!  We do not charge any fees to restock 

Damages

Diamond Painting Bling Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition at info@diamondpaintingblingart.com. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 Incorrect Address

Diamond Painting Bling Art is not liable for false/incorrect shipping information submitted by a customer. In case you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us with the correct information within one hour so our customer service team can help rectify the issue. Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
