How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.) Custom and Pre-order kits ship in 3 to 4 weeks
How does free shipping work?
All orders above $125+ (in the USA) are eligible for FREE standard shipping. It will be automatically selected at checkout. Cannot be combined with any other discount code.
How do I redeem a coupon code?
Once you have personalized your order and proceed to check out, you will reach the "Payment Information" page. On the right hand side you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box.
